Oakville, ON - June 21, 2019 - After a nail-biting fundraising campaign, Kidictive Inc., makers of the KIDICTED app, successfully funded their “all or nothing” Kickstarter, meeting their $15,000 target four days before their end date. The crowdfunding campaign closed at $15,562 and provided donors special edition copies of the app, involvement in the app production, t-shirts, stickers and other KIDICTED swag.

Choosing Kickstarter as a fundraising campaign made sense for the early stage start up. “We have received such positive feedback from our parent community on our mission to help parents build a tech balanced life for our kids that we knew if we tapped into our support group, we could reach our goal”, said Michelle Gorman, CEO and Co-Founder.

“We are so thankful for our family, friends and supporters for spreading the word and contributing to the production of KIDICTED”, added Laura McLaughlin, COO and Co-Founder.

KIDICTED™ an app that uses technology to inspire kids to put down their devices and get 'addicted' to the real world, is Kidictive Inc.'s first product to market. The funding raised through the Kickstarter campaign will support the development of the platform for launch in the Fall 2019.
